Retired teacher fined over Kimigayo dispute
(Kyodo) _ A retired high school teacher was found guilty Tuesday of disturbing a graduation ceremony in 2004 by urging parents to remain seated when those in attendance sang Japan's national anthem "Kimigayo."
Katsuhisa Fujita, 65, was fined 200,000 yen by the Tokyo District Court.
