(TEPCO) has restarted the 784,000-kilowatt No. 4 nuclear power generation unit at its Fukushima-Daiichi plant in northern Japan, the company said on Wednesday.TEPCO, Asia's biggest utility, shut the unit on Oct. 1 for unplanned checks after finding data irregularities. |
